I have no idea where Brody has gone, but in his place is a little tyrant of a doppelgänger that abuses his parents and makes people cry. Y’all. He is out of control. At 20 months old, I fear what the terrible twos look like on him if it’s worse than this.
He bites. He pinches. He hits. He claws faces. He screams. He rips glasses off. Did I mention the biting??
Do they make baby muzzles?
He bit the ever-loving snot out of me just now, to the point where I was shocked skin remained when I pried him off of me.
It’s not like we are some free-loving no punishment parents. We have tried everything: time out, popping his hand, isolation in his bed (our bed), stern voices, kind voices, positive reinforcement, and I’m sure there’s more. If I hear myself yell “Brody!” one more time, I’m going to go crazy.
What do I do with this strongest willed toddler ever??
Don’t let the crazy cuteness trick you into a state of calm- he will come after you!
